No combination of more than three moving violations/accidents within the past three years |

No DUI, DWI, reckless driving, driving with a revoked license if the conviction date was within the past seven years |

| 9. |
No felony, theft or larceny conviction within the past seven years |
|
| 10. |
No convictions involving narcotics or illegal drugs |
|
| 11. |
No more than one criminal conviction (other than traffic violations) within the past three years |
